Policies & Procedures

1.

Sales and refunds: All sales are final with exceptions only made for verifiable emergencies.

2.

Prohibited activities: Okie Limo, LLC adheres to federal laws regarding the consumption and transportation of    alcohol and drugs.

    a. Individuals under the legal drinking age are not permitted to consume alcoholic            beverages.

    b. Possession or use of illegal drugs or weapons in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.          Violations will result in  immediate termination of the service without refund.

    c. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles, including all forms of tobacco and          electronic cigarettes (vapes).

3.

Deposits: All deposits made towards a reservation are non-refundable.

4.

Cancellation: The client is responsible for paying the full amount of the reservation if the booking is cancelled within two weeks of the service date.

5.

Service Termination: Okie Limo, LLC reserves the right to terminate service to any party or individual should they violate these terms or engage in behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

6.

Liability: Okie Limo, LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, other unforeseen circumstances or incorrect information provided by the client. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

7.

Damage to our vehicles: Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to our vehicle by their party during the rental period.

8.

Overtime: Should an event run over the scheduled time, clients are responsible for paying overtime charges at the current rate.

9.

​Cleaning Fee: A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess. A $250 fee will be charged per incident for biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup.

10.

Full Payment: The client is required to pay the total reservation amount by either cash or credit card.

11.

Non-Commencement of Service: If payment is not received at/by pickup, Okie Limo, LLC has the right to withhold service and the client remains liable for the full payment.

12.

Gratuity: 20% gratuity for the driver will be included in the client's total rental cost. Extra gratuity is welcomed, however.

13.

Additional Costs: Clients are liable for additional fees such as overtime and parking. An itemized invoice can be provided upon request.

14.

Safety and Conduct: Okie Limo, LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by reckless behavior inside or around the vehicle. The booking party is responsible for all guests.

15.

 Non-compliance with these terms can lead to service termination.
